SOVIET'S AIR ADVISERS
IMPARTED TO FRANCE
LONDON, October 24. The diplomatic correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" says it has been disclosed that during the recent visit to Moscow of the French Air Minister, M. Cot, the Soviet authorities revealed to him all the technical secrets imparted to the Soviet officials of the former German air advisers. This action has aroused violent resentment among German industrialists.
