BRITISH SAILORS' SOCIETY.

An enjoyable concert was given at the rooms of the British Sailors' Society on Monday, by Mrs. Ethel Hardie's Entertainers. There was a very large attendance of men. Items were contributed by Mrs. Ethel Hardie, Misses Pat Shannon, Zeta Hardie, and Mavis Thistoll, Messrs. Victor Wilkie, C. C'ooze,, Wilkinson, J. Patterson, and Hardie. At the conclusion a vote of.thanks was proposed by the secretary, and carried with acclamation. Mr. Wilkie responded on behalf of the company, after which supper was served by the workers, the evening being brought to a close with the singing of "God Save the King." The accompanists were Mrs. Hardie and Mr. Aslam.
