ESPERANTO CLUB.
The weekly meeting of the Wellington Esperanto Club was held last night in the Y.M.C.A. Mr. Bertram Potts presided. The first portion of the evening was devoted to tuition. Reference was made to the international society of Esperantist teachers, which has on its files the names of nearly 7000 teachers (in sixty couri-, tries) who know the language, and over 1000 gchoola where Esperanto classes have been set up. The club divided into conversation groups for the purpose of engaging in speaking practice.
