PRESIDENT'S MISSION
PANAMA, October 8. Dr. Harmodio Arias, President of Panama, is going to Washington to ask President Eoosevelt to cease competing with Panama merchants, and to stop sending down . American beer, which has an unfair advantage over the local product. Dr.' Arias will ask for a better chance to secure the steamship supply business; also that the United States shall hand over to Panama the Americanmanaged Panama' railway.
