WASHINGTON, October 5. With news from the mine strike areas that at least oue person was killed and 28 wounded came tho official filing with tho Compliance Board of a charge by tho Illinois Coal Miners' Union that the National Recovery Act bituminous code was being violated by the employers. The Department of Justice began an immediate investigation.
