MAORI CARVED BRIDGE
WHAKAREWAREWA SCHEME
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) ROTOEUA, This Day. A grant of £50 has been made to the Kotorua Borough Council for the renovation and special carving of the bridge over the hot stream at Whakarewarcwa Pa. The bridge will be specially carved in Maori designs to provide a unique entrance to the thermal area.
