The "Daily Telegraph" says the impression in the city is that the New Zealand loan waa covered three or four times, this indicating that "stags" are numerous. It is expected tho loan will open at 1 to.-J premium, but will go higher, when the "stags" havo taken their profit. The favourable Australian Budget assisted to swell the applications. ' f
