FRENCHMEN FAIL > SHORTAGE OF FUEL | (Received October 6, 1 p.m.) I KAEACHI, October 5. The French flyers Lefevro and Assolant landed at Karachi through petrol shortage. They failed in the attempt on the long-distance record, although they covered 4415 miles in thirty-six hours. They were aiming at Rangoon.
