ANGLING SEASON
THE NELSON DISTRICT (Special to the "Evening Post.") NELSON, October ,5. Nelson anglers did not have the best of success on the opening day of'the season last weekend, out during the .week some good catches have been reported from different parts of the district. The Motueka and Eiwaka ljave produced gome very nice trout, and a number of limit j "bags" of twenty have been Reported: from that area. ; . Experienced anglers consider the fish are late going up the rivers this season on account of the lateness of the whitebait, which up to the present have not bees at all prolific in the creeks-and:river»-sflowins; ■ into Tasnian Bay, .
