(Received October 6,- 2 p.m.) CAPE TOWN, October 5. j The Nationalist Party Congress at Port Elizabeth rejected General Hertzog 's motion, favouring union as the j •national outcome, of coalition, by 142 to 30, and accepted Dr. Malaii's motion favouring reunion with sympathetic elements, implying that English-speak-ing elements would not be admitted. The decision clears the air. It is •probable'that there-will be a General Election next year, following the. Parliamentary session. ; , j
