CARTEETON, This Day. ■ The Wairarapa Trotting Club, at a special nieeting of stewards at Greytown oil Tuesday evening, decided to make a four-furlong dirt jogging track insido the present track at the- Carterton Racing Club's course at Claro-1 ville. . . , . It was decided to endeavour to arrange a lease from tho racing club. , A committee is to meet the racing club in connection with the erection, of a temporary fence at the Tacecpurs'e to make an enclosure for parking cars....
