United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. . (Received October 2, 11 a.m.) PRAGUE, October 1. Baron yon Bibra, secretary of the German Legation, was severely manhandled in the street, while wearing the swastika. Six suspects wore arrested and released. Baron yon Bibra says that diplomatic privilege permits the wearing of the swastika which is prohibited in Czechoslovakia.
