COOL WINDS, BUT FINE

A continuation of tho present fine weather conditions is probable. Today's forecast is for south to south-cast winds, moderate to strong generally. Scattered showers are likely in eastern districts from Cook Strait northwards and in the far north, otherwise tho weather should be mainly fair to- fino with cool temperatures. ■ Fine, moderate, mid pleasant weather with northerly .winds was experienced in most districts during tho weekend, but a few scatterod showers fell on Saturday .in ' "West-land' and about Foveaux Strait.
