UTTERLY DEPRAVED
FATHER'S OFFENCES
(■By Telegraph -I're*.o Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day. A sentence of five years' hard labour was passed by Mr. Justice .Hordman today on Tiroi Broune, aged 44, for iiv-j cost "with two of his daughters.
Counsel said', that the prisoner was, the father of fifteen children, ten of whom were living. He had lived in the backblocks of the 'Coromandcl district, and the offences were committed during the temporary absence of his wife. His Honour said that the prisoner had shown himself to be an utterly depraved man. ■
