WHY NOT POSTPONE TESTS?
(Received October 2, 10 a.m.) LONDON, October 1. The "Observer" advocates at least a year's postponement of the Tests. It: says: "The memories of the dead sot against Jardine and his team mates will be too vivid next summer for the Australians to have tb?j unclouded welcome which everyone would wish them to enjoy. '
