MODERN ADVERTISING— TM* is not a projector for high explosives for war purposes. It is not an anti-aircraft gun. It is just a kind of huge magic lantern, a sky-sign writer for advertising purposes. Some day, possibly, something of the sort may make its appearance on New Zealand roads. Generally clouds provide the screen on which the advertisement appears, but a stratum of vapour, normally invisible, is said to be a sujficient substitute. effects, designs, and written messages may be shown.
