AMERICAN RUBBER DEMAND.

Latest figures relating to American consumption of rubber in July prove to have been well up to expectations at over 50,000 tons, and nearly approaching the high i-ecord level, established in June. According to the monthly "Questionnaire" for July consumption was 50,184 tons. Thiscompares with 51,326 in June and only 28,272 tons in July, 1932. Consumption of reclaimed rubber was 10,327 tons, against 9674 tons the previous month, and 5131 tons a year ago.
