Hauiti Materia, aged 3d, was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence within twelve months when he appeared today before Mr. E. Page, S.M., at the Magistrate's Court on a charge of being found unlawfully in a yard at 30 Barker Street. The accused was ordered to take out a prohibition order against herself.
