A 8.8.C. PLAY
~ A. 8.8.C. radio play which recently enjoyed enormous success and popularity was "Ann and Harold," by Louis Goodrich. This has now been published in book form by George Allen and Unwin, Ltd. This delightful play is the story of a young woman and a young man who met. in Hyde Park, became engaged on the Thames, were married in Kensington, lived in Bayswater, which, also witnessed their only quarrel, and after a brief interlude in a Murylebone Nursing Home say their farewell to us in Hyde Park again. It is a London romance with: « universal appeal. The author, incidentally, "is not unknown in New Zealand.
