Casesin the Lower Hutt Court yesterday were dealt with by Mr. J. S. Barton, S.M. .

Harold Harris wag convicted and fined 5s for having no driver's licence, and for hawking without a licence he was 'convicted and discharged. Fergus'Everard Reeves was convicted and fined 10s for driving a motor-cycle without a tail light.

For failing to give a traffic 'signal, when turning his van, Albert John Haynes was convicted and ( fined 10s. Three men ivere charged ,-n-ith being found on licensed premises after hours. Two were convicted and fined 10s, and the other was convicted and fined £1. The men were first offenders.
