REPLY TO COMPLAINT

With regard to a complaint from Canterbury that no manager has been appointed for the South Island team it was made clear in "The' Post" last night that two representatives of the Wellington Kugby Union would act as managers—Mr. A. J. Griffiths (North Island team) and Mr. H. Murphy (South Island team). In other respects the requirements of the teams should be well supplied, npt only in the fact that each team will have its two selectors but also in the apopiritment by the New Zealand Bugby Union of Messrs. W. J. Wallace and A. McDonald to act as coaches and general advisers to both teams.
