(Received September 21, 2 p.m.) OTTAWA, September 20. The Tariff Board rules that Irish linens, transported to China for semiprocessing, cannot enter Canada free under British preferential rates. Under the ruling, effective in two months, handkerchiefs and table cloths will be assessed at 35 per cent. duty.
