PROHIBITION REPEAL
"WET" WAVE IN U.S.A,
XEW YORK, September 19,
On the basis of incomplete returns, Idaho and New Mexico today became the thirtieth and thirty-first States respectively to ratify the prohibition repeal amendment. The "wets" gained substantial majorities in both cases.
