FORLORN HOPE IN AUSTRIA

BUDAPEST, September 10. - A. striking confirmation of the Hungarian Government's Nazi sympathiei was seen in a speech in which the presid.ont'of the Government Party, Herr Sztravansky, condemning Lutheran criticisms of Nazi excesses, said that none should dare to put the teachings of Christ and Luther in opposition til national thought and feeling. The Government's attitude it strengthened by the growing conviction that a Nazi victory in Austria is assured.
