(Received September 11, 2 p.m.) LONDON, September 10. In the international tennis tourney at Eastbourne Britain won by 14 matches to 2, including: Andrews v. Leenbruggcn, 5-7, 6-1, 6-1; Timmer v. Stcdman, 1-G, C-3, 6-4; Andrews and Stedman v. Timmer and Scheuller, C-0, 6-3. Andrews also defeated Timmer, 7-5, 6-8, 6-3, and Stedmau beat Lcenbruggen, 64, 7-5. '
