BROADCASTS FROM PARIS
.(Received September 8, 11 a.m.) PARIS, September 7. Two noted criminal lawyers, MM. Henri Torres and Mottogia Ferri, have been refused permission to defend Torglet on a charge of setting fire to the Reitbstag building. Nevertheless, they will deliver broadcast orations for the defence from Paris simultaneously with the trial at Leipzig on September 21.
