(By Telegraph.) (Special to the "Evening Post.") AUCKLAND, August 17; The hearing was concluded in the Supreme Court today of the petition •j for divorce brought by Kenneth. Eahiri George Bichardson against Mona Mary Bichardson, the petitioner alleging misconduct. The jury found that no misconduct had occurred, and the petition was dismissed, with costs against the petitioner. The case, which lasted seve:i days, was heard before Mr. Justice Smith. Tl\6 petitioner cited as co-respondent Harry -Keginald Jenkins, company '^* director, of Auckland, claiming from him £1000 damages. His Honour instructed the jury that they had three questions to answer: (1) Did the respondent commit misconduct with the co-respondent? (2) Did the co-respondent commit misconduct with the respondent? (3) The damages, if any. ■ . : , , The jury retired at 4.20 p.m. and returned at 5.50 p.m., when the foreman announced that their answer to questions 1 and 2 was "No." Mr. Singer asked that the petition be dismissed. ...
