HITLER'S SUCCESSOR
PKAGTJE, August 10. It is reported from Munich that Herr Hitler, at a meeting of Nazi leaders, announced the formation, of a Nazi Party in the Senate, composed of trusted associates. To these Herr Hitler will commit a sealed envelope containing the name of his successor, in the event of his death. '■ .
