PLAY-READING CIRCLE
Over fifty members of tho Younger Set of tho English-speaking Union attended tho first play-reading held, by tho club' in tho board room at the Dominion Farmers' Institute last evening. The amusing'play, "Her Shop,", by Aimea and Philip Stuart, was excellontly read, parts .being taken by the following:—Mrs. S. Watts, Misses M. Murie, M. ltussell, N. Horton; J. Nielson, A. Mason, W. Potherick, and Messrs. P. Bertram, A. Laing, A. Sutherland, and X E. Knowles,Among thoso present were Mrs. J. Bonnie, Mrs. Daniel, Mrs. do Montalk, Mrs. Rule, Mr. and Mrs. Ffltch, Mrs. Rupert. Knowles, and Mrs, Horton,I Misses M. Neumann, E. M. Bennett, Duncan, J. Daniel, Mamie Koid, Peggy Reed, Rule (2), E. Greig, Proudfoot, P. Moore, Stowarfc (Blenhoim), W. Tait, E. Connor, Foote, P. Bowring, Messrs. S. Dunoan and C. Beaumont.
