"BACK-TO-CHILDHOOD"
The "Back-to-Childhood" dance held recently at the Berhampore Free Kindergarten proved a great success. There were over fifty couples present, most of whom were dressed as children. The judging of costumes was successfully carried out by Miss Wardell and Miss Broadhurst, and prizes awarded to Mrs. Bowers, Mrs. Leach, Mr. Winter and partner, Miss Avery, and Mr. Lindale. Much merriment was caused by tho "Greedy. Boy" (Mrs. Leach), who sat on the floor eating a large carrot, and bowling a hoop around tho dance hall. Mr. McGonnell dressed as "Little Willie? acted as M.C., and excellent music was supplied by Mrs. Skews. • The evening was a very enjoyable one, and tho committee will hold another dance shortly. .
