Lady Fenwick and Miss Fenwick, Duncd'in, arrived in Wellington this morning, and will stay with Lady Feuwick's'daughter, Mrs. Pcrcival James, Bolton Street. Sir Eoginald and Lady Skolton, who have been touring New Zealand, will return to England next month. Mrs. K. Sinclair has arrived in 'Wellington from Invercargill, and will spend a week here before leaving for Melbourne to visit her daughter, Mrs. Beverley Usher. Mr. and Mrs. D. A. Aiken left Wellington this morning by car for a tour of the north. Miss Dorothy Poison, Manurcwa, Wanganui, is tho guest of Mrs. AY. S. Pearce, Hobson Street. Miss Beth Mabin, Nelson, is tho guest of Miss Mollio Brico, Wadcstown. Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Nimmo, Kio Koad, Hataitai, left today by car for New Plymouth, where Mrs. Nimmo will visit her mother, Mrs. A. H. Henderson. ' Mrs. Guy Fulton, Heretaunga, is tho guest of Dr. and Mrs. A. Paterson, Cashmere Hills, Christchureh. Mrs. Blanche East, Wellington, is the guest of Mrs. E. Hammond, Fendalton. Mrs. T. J. Bourke, Kilbirnie, and Miss Maureen Bourke, Lower Hutt, are visiting Dr. and Mrs. H. T. J. Thaeker, Christchurch. Miss Maud Wilson has returned to Timaru after a visit to Wellington. Mrs. C. 11. Luke, Wellington, is visiting Auckland. Mr. and Mrs. Marshall and Miss Marshall aro Wellington . visitors to Christehurch. Mrs. A. A. Scott, Timaru, who lias been visiting Wellington, has returned south. Among the guests at the Royal Oak Hotel are -Mrs. Devery,1 Mrs. Jackson, and Miss Jackson (all of Gisborne). News was received yesterday by Mra. C. C. Jackson that Mrs. W. H. Ward, Dominion president of the Women's Division of tho Farmers' Union, had suffered a painful accident, breaking her foot. A telegram of sympathy was forwarded to Mrs. Ward by; the Wairarapa Provincial Council.
