Joseph Nathan and Co., Ltd., have received from their principals, Trengrouso and Nathan, Ltd., London, the'following cabled advice, dated August 10:-— "New Zealand butter, 90s per cwt; quieter this price. "New Zealand cheese, white 49s per cwt, coloured 51s per cwt; quiet." Mr. Thomas Gray has today received the following cable from his principal, Mr. A. C. Kowson, dated London, August 10: — "Butter: 89s per cwt. Market advancing, with brisk demand. Cheese: White 49s per cwt, coloured 52s per cwt. Market steadier. Dalgety and Co. are advised London', August 10, *aa follows: —Butter: Market firm. Danish, 102s; New Zealand finest salted, 87s to 89s; Australian finest unsalted, 88s to 90s; Australian finest salted, 86s to 88s; Australian G.A.Q., 82s to 84s. Cheese: Market steady at present prices. New Zealand white, 48s to 495; New Zealand coloured. 51s to 525; spot price for Canadian, white 52s to 555, coloured 52s to 535.
