RESUMPTION AGAINST FENG
ONSLAUGHT ON DOLONOR
SHANGHAI, August 9. Japanese military officials at Peking have informed the. Chinese authorities that the Kwantung army has decided to attack Dolonor,' since it cannot any longer ignore the presence of General Feng Yu-hsiang's troops, which are displaying distinctly Bed tendencies. Six thousand Japanese and .Manchukuo troops are preparing to launch an attack, which will be,preceded by an intense aerial bombing of Kuyuan. Tho Nanking authorities are insist--ing on Feng's immediate withdrawal of all, his forces from Kalgan.
