BROKEN BYLAWS
Offenders against the bylaws were dealt with at the Magistrate's Court yesterday by Mr. W. F. Stilwell, S.M. Frederick It. C.' TunnicliA'c -was fined £2 for driving in a manner that might have been dangerous,to the public. A flue of £1 was imposed on Reginald E. Barker for cutting a corner. For using an unlicensed motor-car Simon G. Pnseoe was fined 10s. Failing to give way to traffic approaching on the right cost Basil H. Rod £1. William A. Pye was convicted and ordered to pay costs for driving without a licence. / John F. Zohrab was fined £1 for driving in a manner that might have been dangerous to the public. A pharmaceutical .exhibition is being held in' Hannah's Building, Lambton Quay. It has been arranged by some of the leading pharmaceutical manufacturers in Great Britain, and ia open all day to doctors, chemists, and nurses, and to other visitors by invitation. His Excellency the Gov-ernor-Geneva,!,' Lord, Bledisloc, lias inspected the exhibition.
