Bare Trcnclail (Auckland), Trinity College, lias takou a First Class in Classical Tripos, Part II (Archeology), and ho has boon awarded the Watson Studentship. His name also appears in the senior scholarship (classics) list of Trinity College. Mr. Trendall arrived at the' end of 1031 from Otago University, to take a two-years' course. W. D. Allen, Pembroke College, and Wanganui Collegiate, has taken a Firstclass, Part 11, Modern and Medieval Languages Tripos. G. T. Upton (Auckland), Trinity Hall, has taken Class 11, Division 2, Historical Tripos, Part 11. Joan Wilson Lillico, Ncwnham, has taken Class 11, Part I, for French. J. B. Firth, a New Zunlandor reading at Jesus College for the Economic Tripos, has taken Part I, Class 111.
