ISLAND BAY ELECTORS.
Among matters to be discussed at the annual meeting of the Island Bay Municipal Electors' Association next Wednesday is the question of the formation of playing fields at Adelaide Park. This scheme is suggested as a suitable work for .resident unemployed of Island Bay, but the meeting will also discuss what other or alternative improvements may be commenced at the park, with the same object of relieving unemployment in the district. An advertisement in today's issue announces that the meeting, which will be the association's twenty-second annual gathering, is open to all residents of Islands Bay and district, and a cordial invitation to be present ia extended.
