(Brltlsti Official Wireless.) EUGBY, August 1. Considerable damage was done by severe storms which in many parts of the country were accompanied by heavy downfalls of rain yesterday. Shipping in West Coast ports suffered much. A galo was still blowing heavily this morning in the North Sea, but tho conditions ofi! Coives had improved, permitting tlin opening of tlic Hoynt Yacht.
