KIDNAPPED MAN RELEASED
NEW YORK, July 31. A message from Oklahoma City states that according- to an announcement from the Urschel home early today, Mr. Charles Urschel, the kidnapped oil millionaire, has been released. Mr. Urschel is in good health after his nine days' captivity. He did not say if- any ransom had been paid. Mr. Urschel was seized at his home on the night of July 22 by two armed men. - . -
