THE NEW ZEALAND CUP
(By Telegraph.) (Special to the "Evening Post.") CHRISTCHURCH; Ihis Day. The conditiona for this year's New Zealand Cup were settled by the committee o£ the Canterbury- Jockey Club yesterday. The stake will again be £1000, and rehandicapping arrangements aho remain unchanged. Kouiinations close on August 25. . Mr. A. T. Donneliy was elected n member of the committee and a ttewaid of the Canterbury Jockey Club, replacing Mr. G, N, McLean, who resigned oh his appointment as stipendiary blcnmd.
