STATISTICS FOR SEASON

Although K. Voitre has broken all riding records for the Dominion in heading the winning jockeys' list for the season just closed.' H. and A. Cutts have topped the trainers' list with one of the smallest totals for several seasons. .*.■-., Voitre's tally is- 123, which just fails to jap the figures of the next best, L. J. Theii; successes have secured for their patron, Sir Charles Clifford, the first place on the list of winning owners. Another South Island trainer, F. Shaw, cf Wingatui, is next on the trainers list with 26 winners, and'he is closely followed by L. G. Morris (Marton) with 25, D. P Wilson (Wingatui) with 24, B. Burgess (Opak'i) with 22. A. Cook (Te Awamutu) with 21, T. K. George (Blenheim, and last season's record leader) with 20, and G. ,"W. B. Greene (Wingatui) with 20.
