WEDDING

McARTIIUR—COLE,

The wedding was celebrated recently at St. David's Presbyterian Church, Auckland, of Miss Edna Cole, second daughter of Mrs. E. M. Cole, of Wuipuna, Te Kauwhata, to Mr. Neil McArthur, formerly of Wellington and now of Auckland (states tho Auckland "Star"). The Rev. M. Wilson, of Huntly, officiated. The bride, who was escorted by her brother, Mr. W. A. Cole, wove a graceful gown of ivory ring volvet. Tho veil of hand-em-broidered tulle was gracefully arranged with side-clusters of orango blossom, and she carried a bouquet of arum lilies. In attendance as bridesmaid was Miss Aimei Clapham (Auckland), who wore a frock of apricot ring velvet and swathed headdress to tone. She carried a bouquet of autumn tinted flowers, ' Little Moira McDonald (Christchurch) was flower girl, and woro an oarly Victorian frock of apricot ring volvpt and spray of flowers on her hair, matching her dainty posy. Mr. A. McArthur (Wellington) was bost man.
