MOTORIST FOUND GUILTY

(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, July 29. Noel William McColl (23), stationer, of Otorohanga, was found guilty in the Supreme Court today in a charge of negligently driving a car so as to cause the death of a youth, David Ellis, of Takapuna, on May 7. Ellis was found dying on the road on a dark rainy night, and. the Crown alleged that he was struck by MtfColl's car. Tho jury made a strong recommendation for mcruy.

The prisoner was remanded for sentence.
