PROGRESS ON RETURN TRIP

VANCOUVER, July 26. A message from Shoal Harbour, Newfoundland, states that twenty-three Italian seaplanes of General Balbo's fleet arrived ou Wednesday from Shediac, New Brunswick. One was forced down at Victoria Harbour, Prince Edward Island.
