PASSENGER MISSING
PALMERSTON NORTH MAN

AUCKLAND, This Day.
■ A first-class passenger named M. S. Eglinton, aged 39 years, of Palmerston North, disappeared from the Mararna last night or early this morning. When a steward took tea to the cabin at 7 o'clock tnis morning he found that Eglinton's bunk had not been slept in. A note with the word "gone" had been left, also a request that the relatives lie informed. . .
■ Eglinton had appeared to bo in nor trial health. ■■'■■.■
