(British Official Wireless.) (Received July 25, noon.) RUGBY, July 24, The seventh and final week of the present session of the World Economic Conference began today. The draft report of the Monetary and Financial Commission is to be considered at a plenary meeting this afternoon. The Bureau will meet tomorrow evening to review the collected reports of its various committees, and to decide upon the future of the Conference.
