PRISONER DISCHARGED
After n retirement of about twenty minutes, the jury in -the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon returned a verdict of not guilty in the case of John Henry Denrness, who was charged with having indecently assaulted a little girl at Cartei'ton. Mr. Justice Reed ordered the prisoner's discharge. Mr. C. C. Marsack, Mastei'ton, was counsel for the accused.
