TALKS AT THE RITZ.
In an advertisement in today's issue, The Ritz, Manners Street, announces the engagement of "New Zealand's Modern Grandmother," who will deliver a number of talks on the subjects of retaining health, beauty, and youth. These talks will take place every afternoon from 3.30, free to afternoon tea patrons. "The Modern Grandmother"-will also be present at the Eitz supper rooms, demonstrating nightly.
