WINNIPEG CARRIES ON
WINNIPEG, July 20. No restriction has been placed on trading or price fluctuations on the Winnipeg grain exchange, according to a decision by the executive of tho exchange tonight. It is believed unwise to adopt measures to interfere with trading on the market here.
