This is an important religious biography, distinguished for its scholarship and literary style. "The Unchanging Witness" contains some detached reflections on the Oxford Movement by J. Lewis May.
"Gambling" (by B. C. Mortimer) and "Eugenics" (by Leonard Hodgson) are two little books frora th(s same publishers discussing the moral aspect of their respective subjects.
What the Church has to say in face of the present world chaos is set out in "Christianity and the Crisis" (Gollanz). Leaders of religion of all shades of opinion contribute to its pages.
