(Kcceived July 3, 10 a.m.) LONDON,. July 2. Mr. W. P. Devereaux, representative of the Australian Wool Growers' Association tin London,. reports that wool prices are keeping very firm in all centres. Substantial advances, in prices are expected at the opening of the July series of sales on Tuesday next. Only a moderate quantity of merino wool is available. . The Bradford tops market is buoyant, and some topmakers have withdrawn their merino quotations, pending the opening of the London sales;, others are already asking higher rates. Prices have, hardened in all, sections of the market, including the whole range of crossbreds. ' . . Continental markets are firm, and quotations are hardening.
